Saturday was our Ward Halloween party. We got the kids all dressed up and headed over to the church. They did a parade of costumes first thing. Then after everyone had a chance to eat they judged the costumes by category. Addie & Ephriam were in the "animal" category.
Becasue even thought Addie is technically a princess RIDING a unicorn, to her she is JUST a unicorn.
And Ephriam is a lion.
Well, in their category, Addie won for best costume. She got a package of neon glow necklaces! She was very excited about it. Of course everyone got a prize (a piece of candy) but that was great fun for her to get "the" prize. I guess all of the eyeshadow & liner that I caked on paid off! :)
