High School Times

DISCLAIMER: I was not fun in High School. I do not have fun memories. I did not do fun stuff. I had a boyfriend instead. The only reason that I posted this is because Jennifer said I would, and I took it as a sort of challenge. So, if you read it, you deserve it if you die of boredom!!!

1. Who were your best friends? friends? what are those? i had a boyfriend!
2. What sports did you play? none
3. What kind of car did you drive? yeah right!
4. On a Friday night what were you doing? going out with the boyfriend
5. Were you a party animal? nope and i'm still not and i never will be. i'm boring! but that's fine with me!
6. Were you considered a flirt? i don't know...maybe
7. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? noooo those people were geeks! (and i married one! :))
9. Did you ever get suspended/expelled? Nope.
10. Can you still sing the fight song? no. but ammon could. he was in band. if i ever want to know i'll ask him
11. Who was your favorite teacher? mrs. ______. i can't think of her last name for some reason...but her first name is paulette. she was my 10th grade english teacher. oop- got it mrs. foley. paulette foley (5 hours later. can you tell it was buggin' me?!!)
12. Where did you sit during lunch? by the lockers or outside. a lot of times we would end up having a water fight if we were out side. inside we would play uno or phase 10.
13. Name the school's full name. gilbert high school
14. School mascot? tiger
15. School colors? black & gold
16. Rival high school? mesa??? i think it became highland the year i graduated though
17. Did you go to Prom? yeah. and missed most of it because we had to wait for the other girl's dress to get finished and then we had to drive to the other guy's mom's work to show her. by the time we got there we were able to get pictures taken and, i think, we only danced 2 songs and then left. besides it was asu and the room we had it in was WAY not big enough for all the people. kinda lame
18. If you could go back and do it again, would you? i guess not. but i would like to change/forget a few things without having to go back
19. What do you remember most about graduation? there were a lot of people there and that we were the largest graduating class, to that point, gilbert had ever had
20. Where did you go Senior Skip Day? to school
21. Favorite memory? the year that the drama club put on a haunted house. it was in an old bank building. we had so much fun running around, behind the scenes, between times when no people were passing our station
22. Were you in any clubs? i was a mat maid (you know wrestling "cheer") and drama club
23. Have you gained some weight since then? yep
24. Who was your Senior prom date? kurtis cureton - the boyfriend
25. Are you planning on going to your 10 year reunion? already past and i didn't go. we had planned on it, but ended up not at the last minute. ammon & i graduated the same year from ghs. so we both missed our 10 yr. on purpose. there was a reason, no matter how lame it may seem to other people it seemed good to us

28. Do you still talk to people from high school? the ones i want to. that equates to only a few
29. Did you win prom king or queen? Nope
30. Where did you work in high school? i babysat every day after school for a family

32. What was your dress style? the kind i could afford....definitely not "in style"
